Mental well-being of each individual is the initiation point. We work with the core of every organisation which in turn ensures sustainability within the workplace for the long run.

Philosophy

Antarmanh’s philosophy is to strengthen the 3 pillars i.e. business performance, business protection and business excellence by empowering people. We operate from an approach of minimising risk and maximising the potential and working towards inculcating an attitude where work does not feel like a job. We acknowledge and recognise mental health as a huge responsibility dependent on elemental motivation and critical traits, which are required to curate wellness programs that transform both the client and the organisation as a whole.

Since, experiential learning and visionary insights are hues that color a company, we facilitate an environment where affordable wellness programs are curated as per industry needs. Further, we understand that our intellect and knowledge of the world is limited and relative; however, there is no limit to the mental processes.

The scope of the mind is boundless. Hence, we resolve to help in unleashing one’s potential by providing holistic wellness solutions to organisations.

Mental well-being is a fundamental component of one's life. Good mental health enables people to realize their potential, cope with the normal stressors of life and adversity along with working productively, and contribute to their communities. Mental health matters!

The Covid-19 brought a fairly new normal to the globe. First time in the entirety of history, the whole world is on the same platform. The very reality of uncertainty came on the surface. The time definitely became synonymous with VUCA. During this difficult time, the status of mental and emotional health for an individual, family and organisations turned more crucial than ever. We owe a lot to technology, which miraculously connected all of us in this phase and we could experience the potential reality of our adaptability, sustainability and ability to perform as things come.


It’s heartening to see how some of us, employees and leaders chose to experience a whole new dimension of human potential by choosing regular life skills learning sessions. The programs were curated with activities for daily life and included a brief session of mindfulness. The transformation witnessed has been very rewarding. We remained available 24X7 during this time and our counselors walked extra miles to support and encourage individuals at all locations. A proactive approach saves many lives; however, we need to build more on the fact that people do choose to reach out to help. It’s not always about taboo. Sometimes the mind is so clogged that we are unable to think to reach out to anyone.

We look forward to a continuous and stronger relationship, developing a more resilient wellness infrastructure for our people.
