Qualification:
Masters in Psychology,
Certification in CBT, NLP (preferred),
RCI license (preferred).
Key Deliverables
(Project and Client Based):
  • One on one Counselling/Coaching.
  • Record keeping and Maintenance.
  • Assist in the design and Implementation of Service Development and Projects.
  • Client Management.
  • Research and Analysis.
  • End-to-end execution of operations involved in service delivery to the client.
  • Group sessions on Psychological Concerns. ( Innovative & Activity Oriented)
  • Planning, Operations & Execution, Coordination, Report Writing.
  • Must-Have:
    Passion, Collaborative Spirit, Self- Motivation, Team Spirit, Empathy.
    Smartness & Confidence- to handle situations assertively at client location.
    Ownership, Commitment and Self-discipline.

    Responsibilities And Key Work Areas :

    Psychological practice :

    1. Provide one to one counseling/ coaching sessions to clients on a requirement basis including symptom management, preventive care, psychoeducation, mental health awareness, family based interventions, couple’s therapy etc.
    2. Provide psychological first aid and in-depth therapy to critical clients.
    3. Improve client’s work life functionality in addition to other facets.
    4. Liaison with other contributing professionals to ensure consistency and effective communication.
    5. Implement and follow treatment programs.
    6. Conduct group wellness sessions and research for the same.
    7. Indulge in research and preparation for different projects, as required.
    8. Keep self and team updated regarding the recent developments in the field.

    General and administrative practices :

    General and administrative practices :

    1. Assist with administrative tasks (including ensuring compliance with documentation for session notes, treatment plans, training, supervision, treatment authorizations, risk-based testing requirements, etc.)
    2. Excellent customer engagement skills.
    3. Write articles, research papers, and reports to share findings and educate others.
    4. Supervise interns and other professionals, if required.
    5. Carry out any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
    6. Coordinating with other departments & team members for successful implementation of the programs.
